Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and generate reports as needed.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role, handling high-volume transactions.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
