Job Description

Organize and schedule meetingsScreen, direct and prioritize incoming callsPrepare correspondence, and revisions and edits to documentsCopying, scanning, filing and mailing/shippingProvide follow up on open items and deadlinesOrganize, file and maintain documents and foldersProvide back-up for Executive Assistant and Administration teamCoordinate distribution of sports tickets and other administrative tasksOther tasks as requested
