Position Overview: Flexible Shift Availability

The role involves overseeing store operations with an emphasis on adaptability in scheduling.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail environments is advantageous.
  • Capability to execute essential responsibilities and physical tasks.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Oversee shift operations and related responsibilities.
  • Manage daily financial records, invoicing, and data management.
  • Conduct daily banking and resolve any sales reporting discrepancies.
  • Administer timekeeping, payroll, and various administrative duties.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage cash flow and operational expenses.
  • Conduct inventory audits and maintain stock levels.
  • Assist prospective employees with the application process.
  • Facilitate interviews and performance evaluations.
  • Assume responsibilities of the Store Manager as needed.
  • Develop employee schedules and performance reports.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks such as maintenance and waste management.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and occasional noise levels.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds from ground level to overhead.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, and reach as necessary.
  • Proficient in grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects.
