Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Oversee shift operations and related responsibilities.
  • Manage daily financial transactions, invoicing, and data reporting.
  • Conduct daily banking and resolve any discrepancies in sales reporting.
  • Maintain records of time and attendance, payroll, and other administrative functions.
  • Monitor inventory, cash flow, and operational expenses.
  • Conduct inventory checks and perform shift audits.
  • Assist prospective employees with the hiring process.
  • Facilitate interviews and performance evaluations.
  • Assume the responsibilities of Store Manager as needed.
  • Develop and manage employee work schedules and reports.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks such as maintenance and waste disposal.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and occasional noise levels.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds from ground level to overhead.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, and reach as necessary.
  • Dexterity to grasp, manipulate, and handle objects effectively.
