Position Overview

The Construction Technology Systems Support Technician position will be responsible for effectiveness and quality of various construction technology products. This includes safety technology, machine control, and other field products. Bench testing products from third-party vendors or internal prior to release to field operations through electronics testing and software update procedures is a crucial benchmark of our success. The Construction Technology Systems Support Technician position is solely responsible for the quality of products introduced to the field.

Kiewit Equipment Services (KES) helps to ensure the profitability of Kiewit projects through the improved equipment utilization and mechanical reliability by delivering world-class equipment and service.

Responsibilities


• Perform quality analysis on technology products

• Prepare technology equipment for field readiness

• Provide technical assistance to field craft

• Stay compliant with all Kiewit safety policies "Think Safety Begins with me"

• Effectively communicate with various members of the project team

• Minor electronics diagnostics

• Performing software updates on technology products

• Fulfillment of technology product needs

Qualifications


• Ability to utilize hand tools

• Experience with Microsoft suite

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Customer service experience

• Ability to work independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Continuous learning mentality
