Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical assistance for warehouse devices and StayLinked software, ensuring seamless integration with the Körber Warehouse Management System.
  • Lead the integration, enhancement, and replacement of devices within TireHub's warehouse ecosystem, ensuring optimal configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular audits of systems to verify the health and performance of the technology stack.
  • Perform inventory checks to ensure alignment between on-site systems and inventory records.
  • Manage support tickets and document resolutions using IT Service Management Software.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify operational needs and customize device configurations accordingly.
  • Facilitate training sessions for warehouse personnel on the effective use of devices and associated applications.
  • Optimize software solutions for efficient communication with devices and the Warehouse Management System.
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues to minimize disruptions in warehouse operations.
  • Analyze documented resolutions and trends to proactively prevent future issues.
  • Access online resources for software updates and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • Adhere to TireHub policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with local Operational Leaders and TLC support as required.
  • Engage in ongoing training as assigned.

Required Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Support Engineer, particularly with Zebra devices and related software.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with IT Service Management software.
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting Zebra devices and related technology.
  • Familiarity with warehouse processes and IT infrastructure support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in IT infrastructure or device management.
  • Experience with Körber Warehouse Management System.
  • Knowledge of StayLinked software configuration.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily sedentary work with opportunities for movement.
  • Flexible hours may be required to support departmental needs.
  • Travel may be necessary for support purposes.

This position is based out of TireHub's operational facilities.
