Position Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced LED Technician to take charge of the LED/Video division for permanent installations across various sound stage and LED volume projects. This role involves extensive travel and requires a strong leader capable of building and managing a team of skilled technicians while overseeing additional labor resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the LED/Video division for permanent installations across multiple sound stage and LED volume projects.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of proficient LED technicians.
  • Manage and coordinate stagehands to ensure adequate labor support for installations.
  • Guarantee that all installations meet the highest quality standards and adhere to project timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that may arise during installations.
  • Oversee the inventory management of LED equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective integration of LED systems with various technical components.
  • Travel extensively to diverse project locations nationwide to supervise installations.

  • Extensive background in LED technology and video systems, particularly in sound stage and LED volume installations.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing and training technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement practices.
