Job Title: Pump Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a General Production Worker to service pumps on job sites. The role primarily involves preventative maintenance, including changing oils, checking spark plugs, changing gas lines, and inspecting mechanical issues. You must have a basic mechanical ability and working knowledge of diesel-powered equipment. A good sense of direction, ability to read a map, basic reading and mathematical skills, legible handwriting, and clear communication skills on a cell phone or two-way radio transmitter are essential. A desire to learn new skills as needed is crucial.
Physical requirements include daily handling of pumps and accessories, lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds frequently, standing, walking, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching overhead, grasping, and squeezing.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Orlando, Florida.
Work Environment
You will shadow a field service mechanic for the first few weeks or months before working independently. The role involves working outside in the sun to set up pumps for customers and dealing with harsh weather and heat. You may also work in dusty environments depending on the work site conditions.
