Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Pool Plumbing Supervisor for a reputable commercial swimming pool contractor. This role demands expertise in both mechanical systems and commercial development, with a strong emphasis on leadership and project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in plumbing methods and practices within the context of commercial pool installations and maintenance.
  • Execute the installation, assembly, and upkeep of pipe systems and their supporting structures.
  • Develop and implement installation or repair plans that effectively avoid obstructions and minimize interference with other trades' work.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of pipe supports, including brackets, clamps, and hangers, utilizing both hand and power tools for efficient installation.
  • Install and maintain the hydraulic and pneumatic components of pool equipment (e.g., pumps, air compressors, actuated valving, sensors) using a range of hand and power tools.
  • Accurately interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure precise execution of tasks.
  • Collaborate with pipe fitter foremen on project layout and elevation shooting, contributing to accurate construction planning.
  • Operate electrical, air-powered, and manual hand tools proficiently during projects.
  • Perform general construction labor tasks as required to support the overall project workflow.
  • Assist in fabrication processes during projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Fulfill any other assigned duties as directed by management.
