We're growing again and need a Human Resources Manager to join our team

A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry—transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transact.

Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to foster sustainable transformation as we continue our rapid growth. This role will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to A2Z's employees. You will serve as a link between our management team and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders in the development of an empowered and accountable culture with shared priorities for a positive work environment.
  • Develop performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Work with business leaders and finance partners on annual workforce planning, including forecasting and developing plans for key staffing.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Create a compensation strategy for employees based on market research.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Investigate employee issues/conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Skills and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Accomplished Human Resources professional with 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources or related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of organizational design, staffing, learning and development, and employment law matters.
  • Experience architecting and ownership of HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent active listening and presentation skills
  • Effective verbal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience creating a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
