Job Duties and Responsibilities

Is integral in the day-to-day operation in the Golf Shop and provides support to the Golf Professionals.
Provide service to members and their guests at all times.
Working with the Accounting Department to adjust golf billing errors.
Working with the Golf Event Coordinator on all Member Events.
Works closely with all Ponte Vedra Golf Associations on events.
Assist Golf Professional Staff with all tournaments as needed.
Perform and training of Opening and Closing Procedures of the Golf Operation, along with daily operations.
Assist in managing the Golf Shop daily play sheet, Golf Genius, Cap Patrol and proper check-in of golfers in Jonas.
Scheduling all Golf Genius Leagues for future rounds.
Adjusting any Jonas Issues (menus, coding, etc.)
Manage the Golf Shop email to ensure timely responses.
Communicate effectively with Outside Services and Other Departments.
Attends all staff meetings to relay information within Departments.
Completes all scheduling of Inside Staff.
Responsible for all Golf Department Payroll.
Responsible for all Membership Billings. (Club Storage, Lockers, Annual Dues)
Complete all Adaco Invoices for Golf Operation. (UPS, Rentals, Operational Purchases, etc.)
Complete Standing Tee Times for membership one month in advance.
Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Golf.
Merchandise & Inventory
Manage the Merchandise displays by ensuring they are always stocked, dusted, and apparel folded properly.
Setup creative visual merchandise displays in the Golf Shop.
Assist with monthly physical inventory, processing invoices, and proper billing.
Assist with "on the floor" sales as needed.
