Golf Operations Specialist

The Breakers Ocean Course is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Ocean Course, providing exceptional service to our members and guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assist with bag storage and retrieval, and provide directions to the Pro Shop.
  • Cart Maintenance: Prepare carts for guest use, clean and sanitize carts after play, and maintain accurate records of cart usage.
  • Club Care: Clean and store member and guest clubs, and ensure that the bag storage room is organized and tidy.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain the practice facility, including the golf academy, and ensure that all work areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Pace of Play: Monitor and manage the pace of play on the course, ensuring that all guests have a enjoyable and timely experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry golf bags and clubs as needed, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays required.
