Job Title: Digital Marketing & Communications Manager, Pharma

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage production of digital marketing content
  • Analyze market trends for campaign prioritization
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution
  • Oversee digital marketing agencies for campaign success
  • Utilize data to enhance campaign performance
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or life sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharma industry
  • Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in Business Administration or digital marketing certification
  • 8+ years of experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce Pardot, and Marketing Cloud
  • Passion for digital marketing and strong communication skills
