ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track call details in call management system and escalate incident to Network Operations or Information Security when needed.
  • Troubleshoot mobile device issues (Connectivity, error messages, answer how to questions, etc.).
  • Enroll mobile devices in corporate mobile device management system to ensure compliance with established mobile device policies.
  • Manage corporate lines of service. Includes Order devices new and upgrades, Initial and subsequent provisioning including international provisioning, Handle warranty and out of warranty repairs with carrier or manufacturer.
  • Maintain inventory of mobile devices for ensuring compliance with established mobile device policies.
  • Maintain inventory of mobile device accessories. Tracking inventory levels, re-ordering and generating monthly report for charge back to cost centers.
  • Work with team to plan and implement Mobile Device Management environment including creation of security and device management policies.
  • Deploy new technologies and solutions as driven by Information Security and Network Operations.
  • Utilize online resources to maintain and update skills and knowledge as necessary to keep current on relevant technologies.
  • Assist PC Support analysts in providing Help Desk phone coverage as needed.
  • Perform other job related duties as required by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
