At the Indianapolis Colts we want to set the trends. Not follow them.

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking an experienced Social Media Operations Manager with a passion for social media and isn't afraid to take risks. When something is going viral we want your first thought to be "how can I do something even better?" and not "I want to do that too." Our social team, when fully staffed, consists of a Director who leads strategy, an Intern who focuses on vertical video content and a Manager (THIS COULD BE YOU) that provides the day-to-day life support of our platforms. As the voice of our social brand you're expected to understand the game, our Colts history and the NFL calendar.

  • Be the internal expert on the intricacies and best business practices of social media
  • Create weekly and monthly analytics reports detailing performance, executive summaries, and proposed action items
  • Work closely with the Social Media Strategy Director to build and maintain the social content calendar
  • Capture and edit content throughout gamedays, practice and tentpole events when necessary
  • Regularly monitor and engage in conversation with fans across all social platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media, Public Relations, Communications, or relevant field and/or equivalent work experience
