The Benefits Analyst audits and reconciles health, dental, vision, life, and flexible spending accounts monthly, updating records in the HRIS database.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Benefits Administration, the Analyst develops job aids, resolves conflicts, and coordinates with the Director on policy issues.

The role involves analyzing complex guidelines, making decisions on efficiency and priorities, and applying various regulations. The Analyst may supervise volunteers or interns but does not regularly supervise employees.

Salary ranges from $76,782.74 to $97,969.35 annually.
