ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create lighting designs and sound designs for seasonal showsFacilitates installation of venue lights and sound for seasonal showsManages and facilitates technical equipment needs for seasonal showsProvides technical support for all stages, venues, parades, and mascots as neededServes as technical liaison and/or producer for all contracted seasonal showsAssists with hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating technicians as assignedManages seasonal show techniciansLiaison with Full Spectrum as it pertains to audio visual needs and maintenance of equipmentSchedules and serves as Lead Technician during operational seasonsServes as Entertainment Duty Manager (600) as neededServes as Department Safety representative and safety trainer for department equipmentInstalls and maintains safety kits and fire extinguishers in all venues and ensures that all necessary personnel are trained relative to their useEnsures all performers, technicians, ushers, stage managers and staff are trained relative to safety requirementsEnsure all SDS and IFR certificates are procured for each venueOversee all facilities, equipment, and inventory associated with entertainment department as assignedOversees monthly check-up on all BobcatsWorks with the Production Supervisor to schedule and assist with all required safety walks per season with Stone Mountain Police Department and Park SafetyAssists with seasonal scenic buildouts, installations, and strikesAssists with Auditions as assignedAct as a liaison and support for entertainers, ensuring their concerns are met, their working conditions are satisfactory, and the quality of their performance meets the goals of the department and companyRegularly audit performances; perform one-on-one evaluations as assignedParticipate in and contribute to the development and orchestration of annual entertainment programmingConduct show/product/company research as assignedProvide administrative support as assignedOversee and/or lead projects as assignedProduce individual shows as assignedManages production budgets as assignedAttends weekly production meetingsFollows all safety standards and regulations requiredAll other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
