Your Opportunity:Travel Tags, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Customer Service team in Inver Grove Heights, MN The Account Manager is responsible for providing the customer with a positive, consultative, and service based experience. In this role, you will act as the project manager liaison between the customer and manufacturing facility, to ensure projects are delivered on time to customer expectations while maintaining internal profitability goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gathering job specific requirements from the customer to accurately enter jobs into production
  • Communicating production schedules and updates to the customer, proactively managing production milestone dates, and tracking production status to ensure orders ship on time
  • Resolving production-related issues to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Providing sales support, including product, pricing, schedule, capacity, and production related requests
  • Managing multiple accounts, programs/projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Documenting and maintaining account specific standard operating procedures
  • Leading regular scheduled meetings with the customer to discuss status of current orders, quality, and forecast opportunities
  • Identifying areas to streamline processes and reduce opportunities for error to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers and internal team members
  • Facilitating internal and external project kick off meetings and post project reviews
  • Preparing customer presentations, gathering performance metric data, and presenting in customer business review meetings
  • Partnering with and mentoring less experienced team members

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2-5 years of experience in customer service and project coordinator role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, strong organization skills and ability to handle complex tasks
  • Ability to problem solve effectively, respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

We Would Prefer:

  • Project management experience with proven ability to oversee a project from beginning to end
  • Previous print industry experience and/or in-depth knowledge of company products and services, including technical print knowledge
