The Clinical

Manager in Neurophysiology oversees the main EEG, Adult and Pediatric Epilepsy

and Cerebral Blood Flow laboratories. As our Neurodiagnostic Manager you will

coordinate with the Medical Directors to ensure technical operations meet our

needs and labs maintain the accreditation standards. You will manage, develop

and motivate staff ensuring competencies are up to date while also handling

departmental budgets and schedules. Clinically, it is expected that you

collaborate with surgeons to develop OR techniques, act as the primary

technologist for new procedures and provide coverage for complicated cases and

overflow. With this role, you may also work on specialized tasks like epileptic

spike dipole source localization and quantified EEG analysis.

Salary Range

$ $109.05 Hourly

Qualifications

  • ABRET Certification - required
  • Bachelor's Degree - required
  • R. EEG T., CNIM or equivalent - required
  • BCLS certificate from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - required
  • At least 10 years of Neurophysiology experience - preferred
  • Working knowledge of University and Hospital policies and procedures to appropriately manage personnel - preferred
  • Working knowledge of the CareConnect system - preferred
  • Demonstrated effective supervisory skills including experience in recruitment, performance appraisal, identification and communication of expectations, discipline and training
  • Interpersonal skills to promote a cooperative and productive work environment and to establish and maintain cooperative, productive working relationships with faculty, residents, medical students and staff from various social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
  • Skill in analyzing information and procedures to define objectives, identify patterns and recognize alternatives and their implications.
