Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operational support of interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes.
- Lead the integration of clinical practices and applications across various departments, including nursing, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy.
- Manage and mentor clinical informatics staff, ensuring effective use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and clinical technologies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between clinical informatics staff and leadership, operations, and IT teams.
- Utilize data to monitor clinical adoption, efficiency, and outcomes, ensuring regular staff engagement and support.
- Coordinate end-user training and provide on-site coaching to enhance user experience with clinical technologies.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of clinical and support staff, management, and physicians to identify and address technology needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Experience in informatics or performance improvement is essential.
- Familiarity with Cerner or similar systems is preferred.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with executives and clinical leaders.
