Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Oversight: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our residential treatment program, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with our agency's policies and procedures.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support a team of licensed therapists and counselors, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they are delivering high-quality services to our clients.
- Client Care: Provide direct clinical services to clients, including individual and group counseling, as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or counseling.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a residential treatment setting.
- Licensed therapist or counselor, such as LCSW, MFT, or LPCC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
