- Weekly + Biweekly process
- 300+ employees
- Multi state (AZ, CA, NV, Utah, WA, ID)
- Garnishments
- Will closely work with HR
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
* Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations
* Proficiency with payroll systems Paycom preferred, Workday, Oracle and other systems experience acceptable
* Working knowledge of MS applications, including proficiency with Excel
* High personal standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
* Ability to multi-task assignments, projects, and daily responsibilities with accuracy and high level of comfort working with all levels of employees
* Excellent mathematical skills and basic knowledge of GL accounting
* Ability to grow and develop a team
* Attention to detail and accuracy a must

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
