    SUMMARY: Assist with functions throughout the Finance Department including but not limited to: Auditing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, etc.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Adhere to safe operation of general office equipment. (Copiers, printers,etc.)

    2. Successfully complete any courses deemed necessary by the Training Department.

    3. Perform any work that may be assigned by his or her Supervisor.

    4. Maintain required daily communication with Finance Manager.

    5. Perform other duties as assigned.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills; Must be proficient in MS office tools – Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent organizational skills; Strong and positive team attitude. Ability to prioritize work and to handle multiple tasks; Ability to understand scope and objective of each assignment.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT: General office environment.

    SUPERVISION: Works under general guidance and performs job functions under the supervision of Manager of Finance.

    INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS: Good interpersonal skills are required to maintain an effective relationship with co-workers and users. Good customer service skills.

    PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment within aircraft hangars. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and report to work regularly.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION: Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Information Technology related Discipline
