Key Responsibilities
  • Process and Review incoming and outgoing foreign and domestic currency wires, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and Update daily settlement records and supporting documentation, ensuring seamless processing and reconciliation.
  • Support and Assist with audit requests and testing of system enhancements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Perform Other Duties as assigned, including reviewing, submitting, and monitoring collection and credit of foreign drafts sent to collection with foreign financial institutions.
  • Batch and Deposit incoming checks and credit customers accordingly, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process Account-to-Account Transfers and intercompany payments, ensuring seamless and efficient processing.
  • Send SWIFT Messages to trace non-receipt of customer and broker payments and incoming payments with insufficient information to properly credit our customers.
  • Update Foreign Currency Rates on the Business Online Banking (BOB) system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Process Customer Fees and fees posted to our statements for foreign correspondent bank accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, with a strong focus on attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • No Prior Experience Required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
Work Environment

This is a Sedentary Work Environment, requiring minimal physical activity and a strong focus on mental acuity and attention to detail.

Career Level

This role is a 2IC position, requiring strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • World Markets/Foreign Exchange Operations Experience, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Knowledgeable of Regulatory Requirements, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Very Detail-Oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, with strong typing skills and a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
