Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a diverse book of private wealth clients and serve as the relationship manager
  • Partner with clients' financial professionals to review estate planning, tax planning, and investment needs
  • Analyze client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions utilizing product and fiduciary knowledge
  • Collaborate with other Relationship Managers and Service Specialists to share industry knowledge and best practices
  • Implement the account's investment strategy and oversee long-term objectives
  • Consult with governing committees to administer accounts in accordance with guidelines, procedures, and regulations
  • Exercise fiduciary standard of care to act in the best interest of clients

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Trust Administration Relationship Management
  • Working knowledge of fiduciary income taxation, trust investment management principles, and Trust/Probate law
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills -
  • Organizational skills and ability to reprioritize workload -
  • Experience with broker/dealer or registered investment advisor (RIA) firms
  • FINRA Series
  • CTFA a plus, but not required
