We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) to join our team and help develop solutions that push the envelope in Gen AI, Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP), Computer Vision (CV) and related technologies.

As a MLE you are proficient in developing and deploying advanced ML models and pipelines.

You will be working alongside scientists with terabytes of text, images, and other types of data and develop Gen AI based solutions to solve real-world problems.

You'll design and architect ML solutions, experiment with new algorithms, and find new ways of optimizing risk, profitability, and customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

Our ML Engineers collaborate across diverse teams, projects, and environments to have a firsthand impact on our global customer base.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of noninternship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in developing and deploying large scale machine learning or deep learning models and/or systems into production, including batch and realtime data processing, model containerization, CI/CD pipelines, API development, model training and productionizing ML models
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related technical/scientific field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
