We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Consultant to join our team. If you are passionate about working on complex business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on cutting-edge data science applications to solve business problems
  • Develop and implement a Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy
  • Provide ad-hoc data requests, including summarization and analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to author technical data requirements for a technical audience and build templates
  • Break down projects into specific tasks involving business analysis, data science, and engineering
  • Work with the data engineering team to create processes for data ingestion, validation, and balancing checks
  • Design and implement data analytics frameworks and solutions to solve data-driven business problems
  • Apply Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Operational Research techniques to develop data models
  • Extract, transform, and organize data into datasets using SQL
  • Validate model solutions by developing testing frameworks using Hadoop, Python, etc.
  • Communicate results to senior management and business teams, and develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience with strong CDP experience
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
  • Experience in the Food/Beverage/Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry
  • Experience in data profiling, analysis, quality checks, and governance practices
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to author technical data requirements and build templates
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong project management and team management skills, with ability to work with global teams
  • Strong SQL skills and excellent knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau
  • Python and SQL programming skills
  • Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as AWS, Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus
  • Familiarity with data governance and stewardship principles and tools
