We are seeking an
Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership.

This position is located at our facility in

In this role, the primary focus of duties is providing accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and collections.

How You Will Make a
Positive Impact:


  • Process invoices in customer portal (Ariba or Coupa)
  • Manage invoice discrepancies and issues within customer portal
  • Process customer credit card payments
  • Set up new customer accounts in ERP system
  • Manage customer accounts including collections
  • Respond to receivable inquiries from customers
  • Work with operations and customers to resolve payment and invoicing issues
  • Assists in department projects as needed

The Value You Bring:

  • Need to be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Related certifications and college degree preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of customer collections experience required
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook, with experience utilizing an ERP system similar to Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
