Title: Lead Quality Engineer with Cash Management (Insurance and Pensions

Location: Pittsburg, PA

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for multiple projects,
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools like Maven, Selenium, TestNG, and Java
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
  • Monitor and report on test execution progress, defect metrics, and overall quality status to stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality assurance and testing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of software products and processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Cash Management (Insurance and Pensions) to develop and execute domain-specific test cases and scenarios
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality assurance and testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong expertise in Maven, Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
  • Have experience in Cash Management (Insurance and Pensions) domain
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PL/SQL, JavaScript, Jira, Test Complete, Azure, Cucumber, Cyara, Sikuli, Auto IT, SONARQUBE, JBehave, SQL, Protractor, Cypress, Docker, AW

Required (Must) Have:

  • The ideal candidate must have expertise in Maven, Selenium, TestNG, and Java, along with domain experience in Cash Management (Insurance and Pensions).
  • This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our projects and contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Must have hands on experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven
