Pacific Technical Resources, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Defense Engineering Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality assurance program for our defense industry client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability of products and services
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:

  • BS in an Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the nuclear power industry or Navy nuclear
  • Lead Auditor certification and/or Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt certifications
  • ASQ Certifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries, such as aerospace, transportation, or biotech
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
