You partner with Carrier clients to create sustainable value and demand for the future. After completing our award-winning training, you manage account profitability, business plans and long-term objectives.

WHAT OUR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Provide a consultative client needs analysis and execute the account strategy as determined by leadership.
  • Monitor developments within designated accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Design, develop and present sales proposals and presentations on how to resolve client business challenges.
  • Collaborate with other business services support groups to encourage long-term retention.
  • Track and report on client account trends for leadership to leverage.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks; Extensive product and technical knowledge Skills: Networking, relationship-building, negotiating, closing and interpersonal English communication skills Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a team environment working within required deadlines Travel: Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling data, voice or video solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
