CONTRIBUTING TO CHANGE

As a valued member of our Change Management team, you will play a vital role in unraveling the complexities of change and empowering talent within premier global brands. Given the escalating demand for change management expertise among our clients, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management to join our esteemed team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Designing and implementing an organizational change strategy for clearly defined projects or program workstreams with low complexity, following a specified methodology, encompassing sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement, and resistance management.
  • Crafting and executing project plans
  • Overseeing either oneself or a small group of client or consultant personnel
  • Collaborating with clients or project teams to address resistance, sponsorship, and communication challenges
  • Building collaborative relationships with client personnel at the manager/director level
  • Creating and supervising the delivery of high-quality outcomes
  • Ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams
  • Expanding professional networks through participation in associations and community endeavors
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possessing 3+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services, or similar fields, focused on executing projects related to organizational change
  • Demonstrating proficiency in organizational change management
  • Experience in implementing organizational change methodologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including adeptness in written and verbal communication
  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or having equivalent work experience
  • Possessing a Master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications is advantageous
  • Demonstrating the ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and colleagues, garner consensus, and accomplish objectives through influence
  • Excelling in interpersonal and communication skills with professionals, mid-level executives, and the broader community
  • Employing creative problem-solving and a penchant for innovative solutions to intricate technical and business issues
