Compensation:
Salary range is between $70,000 and $130,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop civil site designs and construction documentation for land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Transform minimal information and rough sketches into comprehensive civil site designs under the guidance of senior management.
  • Execute design tasks that require the application of fundamental engineering principles and mathematical calculations, including grading, drainage, and flow calculations.
  • Calculate construction quantities and perform necessary engineering computations using established formulas and references.
  • Generate site details for design elements that lack clear definitions in initial layouts and sketches.
  • Create section cuts, profiles, and cross-sections utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Prepare drainage designs, calculations, and reports, including storm sewer systems and detention ponds, as well as water quality assessments for residential and commercial projects.
  • Compile application packages, including calculations and narrative reports for regulatory submissions.
  • Manage the submission of water and sanitary sewer plans for regulatory review and approval.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative and management skills to handle electronic submissions and oversee the review process of engineering designs and reports.
  • Conduct related engineering support tasks, such as printing drawings, preparing project submittals, addressing review comments, and client meetings.
