Looking for a Finance & Operations Manager or Director to report to work out of our NY office (4 days/week on-site)
Salaries at the top of benchmarks, with significant equity ownership and generous benefits

Currently the only way to bet is with retail sportsbooks which have egregious margins, discriminatory and inefficient practices, and a stale betting experience
Novig is a sports prediction market that guarantees users the best lines by allowing them to play directly against friends or the market, rather than against the house, making the wagering experience more efficient , fair , and, most importantly, profitable
What will you do?
As a Finance/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial and operational activities to support Novig's growth and success. With Novig being a startup, you will wear many hats:
Accounting/FP&A : Manage financial planning and analysis, including ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Modeling and Projections : Develop financial models and projections for investors to support fundraising and strategic planning.
Promotion Management : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Customer Support : Provide proactive and reactive customer support to ensure a positive user experience.
Data Analytics : Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in finance or operations roles, preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or tech startups.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Attributes: A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Who is Novig?
At Novig, we have reimagined the sports betting landscape by building a sweepstakes-based sports prediction market. Our innovative platform allows users to engage in sports predictions without traditional gambling constraints.
