Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, focusing on talent development and team building.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and management roles, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

$150,000 min - $175,000, plus excellent benefits including PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, Retirement Plan & more.
