Ensures deliverables meet or exceed expectations for quality, timeliness, performance, and budget.
Develop, maintain, and manage to key performance indicators (KPI's) and operating metrics.
Proactively lead the team to ensure compliance with key performance metrics and service level agreements, governance standards, policy, and procedures.
Serves as subject matter expert, advocate and relationship manager with key stakeholders and external suppliers, for escalations, continuous improvement and other projects and tasks designated by management.
Responsible for team's business continuity plan.
Operational Requirements - Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.
Plan and manage business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives
