Job Brief

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Partner Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and an understanding of channel partner dynamics.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners.

• Identify new potential partners through business directories, industry ads, trade group events, and other sources.

• Negotiate contracts with potential partners.

• Train partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Set sales targets and implement sales strategies to meet those goals.

• Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.

• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

• Prepare detailed reports on channel partner sales.

Required Skills and Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4 years of experience in a channel partner sales role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.

• Ability to analyze sales statistics and identify areas of improvement.

• Track record of over-achieving quota.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
