At EPIC iO, we are seeking an Inside Channel Manager. This role will play a crucial role in supporting our Channel Directors and their partners by preparing accurate quotes and pricing details. This position requires close collaboration with the Channel team, to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of discovery, qualification, and quoting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations for Partners, ensuring that all information is complete.
  • Work closely with assigned Channel Director
  • Actively manage and successfully grow territory's revenue
  • Actively market to assigned Partners and maintain relationship
  • Actively engage existing partners in pursuit of maximum base revenue performance
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Partners and customers.
  • Ensure that all quotes are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to partner inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the channel team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and pursued.
  • Support the Channel team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload.
  • Attend all department and sales meetings as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Channel management, sales support or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM software.
