The anticipated wage for this position is between $42 and $43.40. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Must Have:

PRIMARY DUTIES:
The Sr. Coordinator will take full ownership and work independently on the following tasks.

They will be responsible for deliverables, securing input of others when necessary, and following up to ensure timely completion for these tasks.

Following training, they should be able to complete these tasks with limited managerial input.
(1) Coordination of the team's Medical Materials Review processes and needs, (2) coordination of the planning of small team meetings and events as assigned (e.g., reserving rooms, ordering catering/meals, greeting/guiding guests), (3) completion of the team's Training and annual Compliance Documentation, (4) the accurate uploading and maintenance of field materials, and (5) ownership of standard administrative duties such as ordering equipment, updating org charts, etc.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Coordinator will assist leadership team members (as needed) with the completion of routine tasks.
Coordinator may occasionally represent the team on cross-functional planning calls.
Coordinator may be asked to assist with the team's annual advisory board programs.
Coordinator may be asked to update/complete spreadsheets or presentation decks on behalf of the team.
Coordinator may be asked to assist with maintaining content on websites.
Coordinator may be asked to assist the team with contributing to newsletters or other internal communication channels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree
Prior experience (2yr+) working successfully in a similar role in a large company

Prior experience supporting a field team (mostly remote employees)
Prior experience in medical affairs a plus
Scientific or clinical training a plus

Pay Details: $42.00 to $43.40 per hour
