Job Summary:

The Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator II, Hybrid Position to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the success of our longitudinal research studies, including the All of Us Research Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate literature reviews and document results using electronic software.
  • Prepare presentations for diverse stakeholder groups, including participant ambassadors, managers, and researchers.
  • Prepare interview guides and support interviews of diverse stakeholder groups to learn opinions regarding best practices.
  • Summarize meeting notes and communicate findings to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Design and develop reports and materials to summarize findings from interviews, literature reviews, and other data sources.
  • Support team meetings, scheduling, and communication.
  • Contribute to scientific publications, written scientific reports, and monthly report updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ year of research experience required.
  • Previous history of writing reports, publications, or building toolkits is a definite plus.
