Elite Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining electrical drawings and schematics using CAD software. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of electrical designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
Conduct quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on design solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical designs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical CAD Drafter, preferably in Electrical.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
