This position is located at Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Assistant Administrator - Headquarters Operations - Alcohol Labeling and Formulation Division.
The following are the duties of this position at the GS-15.If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
Evaluates the effectiveness of existing programs within the division and determines how the programs interrelate to programs in other divisions within TTB as a whole.
Makes necessary changes or modifications to enhance program effectiveness and/or develops procedures to support emerging issues, new regulatory mandates, and emerging needs.
Represents the Bureau on intra-agency and inter-agency task forces and special projects relating to Division responsibilities. Coordinates Division offices' activities with the U.S.Customs and Border Protection, Food and Drug Administration, United States Department of Agriculture and with other organizations within the Bureau.
Plans and coordinate alcohol beverage labeling and formulation programs, advises the Division Director on significant issues/matters and represents the Bureau at meetings and on inter-agency and intra-agency task forces.
