In this position, you will strengthen the Department's ability to protect the homeland by joining a valuable team of administrative professionals

Typical work assignments include:
Providing substantive administrative support to the managers and staff of the assigned organization.
Performing a variety of general clerical duties in support of various specialty areas within the organization.

Assisting managers and staff with reports, annual physical inventory, purchase orders, payment of invoices, receipt of goods and services, maintenance of records, timekeeping, mail, and other duties as assigned.

Gathering and compiling data to be used in evaluating areas for process improvements; entering data into database programs; reconciling discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Identifying ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services at the local level.
