What success looks like in this role:

The Enterprise Analyst/Power Bi Administrator will be responsible for configuring, monitoring and ensure that the system is running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of the Power BI platform and experience with Power BI Desktop.

They will also provide support and maintenance of hardware / software, platform, customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys applications from a domain specified area on Windows Server software applications outside of the Power BI space. Identifies and performs a variety of independent analysis and problem resolution assignments. Defines approaches and provides extensive business and/or technical expertise to attain objectives. May work as part of a Command Center environment like Windows, Network, Backup, Storage, Database, or Mainframe.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Power BI settings and resources.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the system is running smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Power BI administration.
  • Maintain customer applications in a Windows Server environment.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/Associate's Degree
  • Experience in Power BI administration.
  • 3+ years of professional service delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/four year college degree.
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Understanding/awareness of ITIL principals.
