The Office Administrator will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, oversee scheduling and customer communications through our CSM program, and other administrative tasks.

On an average day, you will:
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes with precision and efficiency
- Oversee our CSM program (Construction Online), serving as the primary liaison for scheduling, selections, and customer communications
- Perform data entry tasks for payroll reports and ensure accurate distribution of pay stubs
- Facilitate administrative tasks and support functions, including potential supervision of a contracted administrative assistant
To qualify for this job, you must have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Prior experience in the commercial construction industry and familiarity with transactional accounting processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- 2+ years of relevant experience in office administration, preferably in a construction-related setting

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
