The group's specialty areas include:
Neurology, Orthopedics,Genetics, Adolescent Medicine, Otolaryngology, Behavioral Health Services, Hematology/Oncology, Neonatology, Pediatric Intensive Care, Family Medicine and the full spectrum of Pediatric Specialties.
The Nephrology department forms a part of the KMS program and takes a multi-disciplinary approach to the management of health conditions such as childhood Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
Specialists in pediatric rheumatology and pediatric nephrology work to care for these children to prevent potential kidney damage.As a Patient Service Representative, you will help to ensure that patients and their families receive warm, friendly and considerate assistance.
You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff in our Nephrology department and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
These include interviewing, registering, admitting, updating and creating patients' medical records; performing accurate and timely processing of all professional/technical fees generated by department providers; and performing cash handling and collection.
We are looking for someone sensitive and helpful, with excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawaii.

Hawai'i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position.
Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
