Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the storeCommunicatingand interact withguests tobuild an inclusive guest experienceAdaptingto different guest interactions and situationsAs a Front of Store Attendant, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard through a brand and clean front of store, that's focused on first and last impressions and shopping experiencesCreate a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guestsObserve to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. But, there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team membersAbility to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.Work both independently and with a teamResolve guest questions quickly on the spotCapability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframesWe are an awesome place to work and care about our teams, so we want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics that we expect:Accurately handle cash register operationsAbility to work outdoors in various climatesScan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 poundswithout additional assistance from others.
