We are currently on the lookout for a Guest Services Attendant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a bustling boutique hotel setting, upholding the high standards of service that TOWER23 is renowned for.

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and think clearly in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Able to thrive in a culturally diverse setting.
  • Capable of following both verbal and written instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to push or pull up to 100 lbs using a rolling cart.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities (this is a sample list and not exhaustive):

  • Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures consistently.
  • Familiarize yourself with the hotel layout and memorize preferred routes for escorting guests.
  • Provide guests with information regarding hotel amenities and services.
  • Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes, handling their luggage and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including restrooms and pool spaces, and restock supplies as necessary.
  • Greet customers warmly, ensuring a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk staff regarding VIP arrivals and special guests.

Note: Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work flexible schedules to meet the operational needs of the hotel.

Compensation Package: $18.00 per hour, along with additional benefits including paid sick leave, flexible scheduling, and access to an employee assistance program (EAP). Employees may also enjoy discounts at various hotel and restaurant venues.
