Applied Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Manager of Activation Services. As Manager of the Activation team, your primary responsibilities will involve driving the successful implementation and integration of our EZLynx software solutions with a particular focus on data conversion. You will lead a dedicated team in deploying, configuring and optimizing our EZLynx platform to meet and exceed our business objectives. This role not only focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies but also ensures that our software implementations align seamlessly with our client's needs and contribute to an outstanding customer experience
What You'll Do
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding predefined quality standards of our software implementation and data conversion
- Gauge client satisfaction and assess retention rates through feedback to implement changes and improve service
- Drive the team's professional growth by facilitating training sessions and career development opportunities while monitoring employee performance to ensure a high-performing organization
- Collaborate alongside Sales, Tech Teams and other departments to streamline our software implementation by ensuring interdepartmental communication/cooperation is prompt
- Create and distribute detailed client reports, implementation summaries and other documentation that provide transparent insight into the department's activities
- Proactively identify and resolve issues quickly, particularly those affecting team performance or client satisfaction and implement preventative measures to minimize future disruptions
- Demonstrate leadership by driving the strategic direction of the department, regularly updating implementation strategies and technologies to keep pace with industry trends, and company objectives.
- Remain up to date with EZLynx product releases to understand the potential impacts on current and future clients being implemented
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who:
- Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
- 5+ years of Project Management and/or Software Implementation experience
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Business Management or related disciplines

Additionally, you may have:
- Insurance industry experience
- Hands-on exposure with EZLynx (or other Applied products)
- Jira and/or Confluence user experience
