• Install new software, hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives for customers following design or installation specifications.
• Support client's inquiries concerning systems operation' diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems, and recommends or performs remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must have good innovation, creativity, problem solving, negotiating, and teamwork, skills.
• Must have good time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must display good presentation, change and conflict management, facilitation, and collaboration abilities.
